For complex spaces, there may be a dividing wall that can be removed or an adjustment to seating that can be made to increase capacity. Currently, this can be managed in RICOH Spaces with subspaces & service requests however this can be improved.
Linked Space bookings will allow the user to see possible capacity configurations and required configuration time when booking a space that has the ability to transform.
This will also mean during space searching, configurations will be possible to choose to make the process much easier.
🔖 Outlook Add-in
When booking resources in an office, one of the most used tools in Outlook. It's important that we're where our users are.
We have introduced the ability to find a Space using an Outlook Add-In. This would be the same functionality offered in Space Search directly within Outlook.

👩🏫 Delegated booking roleA new role has been created for the ability to “Book on behalf of”. This allows an assigned person to book on behalf of other employees in different locations, without needing to be given the location admin permissions.

Daily pass reminders can now be sent at a specific time with a customised message.
